Job Title: Order Management Coordinator
Location: Berlin, DE (As per COVID Situation, the role is remote)
Duration: 3 month contract with possible extension

As a member of the Order Management/Billing & Invoicing team you will be responsible for the order management and billing processes in Germany as well as the fast resolution of the billing issues for German customers. This position will be located at the Telecommunication Connect office in Berlin, Germany.

Essential job functions:
Processing customer inquiries received via E-Mail, post, fax, phone regarding billing.
Analyzing invoices, identifying and correcting billing errors.
Preparation for the monthly billing doing various checks and changes in SAP making sure quantity, price and other parameters are matching.
Order management tasks (order validation, application of needed/requested changes in customer orders).
Processing customer contract termination letters.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Experience with Billing systems, MS Excel.
Fluency in German.
Advanced knowledge in English.
Experience with accurately entering data.
A consistently high level of attention to detail.
Even better if you have:
Enjoy problem-solving.
Experience with the sales system Salesforce .
Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
Some experience with other MS Products and G-Suite.
Flexibility to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.
