Beschreibung
The goal of project is to replace the local Plant Maintenance solutions at two J&J European manufacturing sites (Switzerland, Ireland), by 1 global SAP instance (EuRoPe2). The project has similarities with the Unity project (replacement of local ERP solutions), both in terms of timelines and in terms of target system (EuRoPe2).Process definition and alignment with all involved departments is a key task in this project. Based on the built SAP solution all current processes as well procedures and work instructions need to be verified and the target solution to be defined and aligned with different departments, e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Warehousing, Quality, Validation, etc.
The PM/MM Process-Consultant is responsible for process definition, training and UAT, clarification of detail requirements and communication with the internal/global IT and SAP Engineers. The PM/MM Process-Consultant will track the deliverables, assign tasks to resources and manage the requirements/ scope. The candidate will escalate issues to the project/program management.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
Determine Process scope and approach
Manage requirements and scope Plan and manage process development activities and deliverables:
- Process flows
- Training preparation including Training material and Training execution
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test script writing and execution
- SOP, Work Instructions writing Interact with Process responsibles in Business, in SAP Center-of-Excellence, and legacy IT teams.
Escalate issues to the project/program management.
Anforderung:
Technical profile requirements
Strong Project Management skills
Experience in PM and MM SAP projects
Experience with usage of MS tools (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.) and Visio
Non-Technical profile requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
