Aufgabe:Technical Management of customer MDM Business Pilot. The pilot runs over 6-9 months. Major tasks are: Manage setup of new Enterprise Customers on the hosted pilot platform. Training, communication and troubleshooting for participating Enterprises. Single point of contact for technical questions. Analysis of customer feedback. Support of User Acceptance tests.
