Task:BACKGROUND:
xxx is maintaining a model-based chassis control algorithm for integration into an electronic brake control module.
The Software Release activity shall create release packages for delivery to our brake suppliers. As part of this activity, the existing model and build environments shall be used to create software releases. Software tests are part of the activity and shall be coordinated and documented.
The build environment shall be maintained in case of tool-chain updates.
For a new generation of brake controllers, a new tool-chain shall be deployed to our build server for use in a build automation environment. The deployment shall be documented.
Activities:
- Generate auto-code and perform build of model-based software
- Update the interface between the xxx software and the supplier base software
- Generate object code for the target controller
- Coordinate software test, evaluate and document test results
- Create configuration management baseline
- Create and archive release package
- Integration and documentation of a new tool-chain
Deliverables:
- Release package
- Software test documentation
- Configuration management baseline
- Tool-chain integration on a build server along with documentation
Requirements (Must have):
- Expertise in integration of auto-generated SW modules
- Knowledge of modeling tools: MATLAB Simulink, Real-Time Workshop Embedded Coder
- Knowledge of calibration tools: CANape, CANoe
- Knowledge of build automation tools (Electric Commander)
- Knowledge of configuration management systems (IBM Rational Synergy)
- Knowledge of chassis controls and on-board diagnostics
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- full time on-site work in Rüsselsheim is necessary
