For one of the largest clients, I am seeking for 'Deskside Support Analyst' for a 6-12 month contract role in Munich, Germany. Must be German Speaking.
Technical skills required:
- Microsoft Office 2010
- Microsoft operating system (currently Windows 7)
- Microsoft Visio
- Hardware (PC/notebook/printer)
- Basic safety knowledge
Advanced technical skills:
- Structure and functionality of IT networks and their components (basic knowledge)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Mobile Office (VPN solution, iOS devices)
- ITIL practical expertise
- IT security (basic knowledge)
