Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m). Project description: Establishing a B2B interface to exchange incident ticket data throughout the complete incident workflow. Tasks: Interface specification (containing use cases, fieldmapping, error handling, architecture and connectivity details), interface (according to acceptance criteria, test protocol, user manual, support structure) and Go Live Support. Required Skills: Project Management, Change Management, analysis, requirements gathering, Stakeholder Management, Use Cases, write functional specifications, presentation, own relationship with Process Owner. Objectives: Improvement of the incident process environment. Duration: 01.04.2011 - 06.09.2011. Assignment location: London, UK.
