1. 8 - 15 Years experience in IT with at least 3 -5 years of experience in Pyspark
2. Strong solution architect with understanding of ETL or DWH concepts
3. Design thinker, who can understand the complex business requirements, build the design and convince the stakeholders and customer side architects
4. Team leader, who can support the developers with Pyspark expertise
