This position is responsible for supporting the departments associated with the Design Chain processes by providing technical and business process support. This role will also involve working with technical issues related to Windchill - ProjectLink, Windchill - PDMLink, Planisware, and SAP - PLM / ECM.
Skills/Experience:
Support technical issues for users across North America related to Windchill - ProjectLink, Windchill - PDMLink, Planisware, and SAP - PLM / ECM.
Support user requests for best practices and client policies during the Design Chain process.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure North American groups are following global guidelines and procedures.
Coordinate and support the Key User network within North America, and ensure business value and cross training is occurring during regular meetings.
Support documentation updates related Windchill and Planisware.
Identify improvement needs throughout the Engineering departments and act on those needs to drive continuous improvement.
Audit conformance to procedures on an as needed basis for selected areas.
