•Preferably12+yearsplusofIndustryexperiencewithmanagingateamofover100resources.••10+yearsofExperiencewithAssetManagement,DesktopDeployment,VDI,Windows/PCRefreshandScheduling••5+yearsinmanagingservicedesk,serviceimprovementprograms•Adeptinworkingoutstrategiesinmeasuringandimprovinguser•Excellentcommunication(ReadingandWriting)skillsinEnglish&German.
