For our key client we are currently looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Lead.You will be responsible for working in global cloud infrastructure operations team and to ensure (hands on)
that incidents and problems on infrastructure environment are resolved within aligned MTTR.
Tasks:
• Problem management and root cause analysis
• Solving complex incidents in enterprise IT infrastructure
• Collaboration with service management vendors, other stakeholders, operations teams
• Communication and presentations
Required key skills:
• Deep Linux OS administration, SuSE Linux Enterprise and Xen knowhow (hands on)
• Experienced as IT infrastructure architect or platform owner in enterprise IT environments, cloud areas and data centers
• Very good understanding of the cloud infrastructure (IAAS and PAAS Models)
• Experienced in Switches
Project overview:
• Start: October 2020
• Duration: 3 month
• Workload: 4 days per week
• Location: 100% remote (later onsite when it is possible)
• Language: English, German nice to have
