Main tasks:
- Analyze business needs / requirements
- Translate business needs / requirements into global and detailed functional solution design
- Gap identification
- Workshop moderation
- Design, implement and improve existing IT-solution
- Functional design (from screen-layout to workflow)
- Integration of new pieces of information in existing GUIs
- Contributing to master-data-management and rule-management with reverse engineering activities, i.e. analyzing and understanding business and IT rules aintained in legacy systems and clarifying their necessity in the new solutions’s context
- Creation of respective concerted design and specification documents
- Testing
- Proof of Concept creation and evaluation, test scenario definition
- Solution’s handover to future run-organization
- Management of the hand-over process
- Service quality check before final handover
Main qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis and functional solution design
- Proven experience of working in agile mode
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge and experience on production related business processes and data modeling/management
- Knowledge of the following software: SAP (PP-Modul); Jira; Squash; IBM ODM; Java; Confluence
