A Global leading company is currently recruiting for an Application Support Engineer that has experience with Micro Focus and Service Manager. 6-month rolling contract, based in Berlin, Germany.
Experience and skills required for the Application Support Engineer - Micro Focus, Service Manager, Application Support
- Local installation of MF-SM
- Application management (installation of patches, the restart of the server, maintenance of the virtual machine, etc.)
- Application monitoring and maintenance
- Provide 2nd level support for MF-SM related incidents
- Support the local Avaloq team in investigating specific records/databases in MF-SM in order to trace and evaluate ticket workflows
- User management for MF-SM (add, change, remove users; password reset, etc.)
- Candidates must be Bilingual (in German and English), or Trilingual (in German, Italian and English)
Package for the Application Support Engineer - Micro Focus, Service Manager, Application Support
- 3 to a 6-month rolling contract paying up to market rate depending on skills and experience.
