Aufgaben:


Currently we are looking for a Manufacturing Integration Manager - General Assembly for our customer in the automotive sector.



Your tasks include:

+ Operate as the Manufacturing Integration Manager in the General Assembly area

+ Preparation of feasibility studies in the simultaneous engineering phase

+ Development of a common locator function/Strategy

+ Development of the DImensional Tolerancing strategy

+ Define input for feasibility of Styling and Function

+ Establish Basis Line parameters for de Manufacturing Bill of Process

+ Establish the basis for a ommon manufactruing facility allowing multi-platform assembly along common facilities

Anforderungen:


+ Experience in the Simultaneous Engineering Phase (before the Phase of industrialization or installation)

+ Manufacturing feasibility study for General Assembly

+ 10 years of experience in vehicle manufacturing program management

+ Experience with OEMs

+ Proficient in General Assembly process knowledge

+ Hands-on vehicle manufacturing launch experience

+ Involved in stages of product development and Manufacturing inputs

+ Involved/lead feasibility studies

+ Experience working with process/tooling commonality

+ Experience in mixed production line process strategies

+ Lead or has done production equipment planning and execution

+ Experienced in Virtual manufacturing and simultaneous engineering development

+ Experienced in Advanced process planning

+ Experience in launch problem solving

+ English

+ Proficiency with the full suite of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

+ Proficiency with CAD related software.
