A Global leading company is currently recruiting for a Micro Focus - Service Manager Application Support Engineer, based in Berlin, Germany.
Experience and skills required:
- Local installation of MF-SM
- Application management (installation of patches, restart of server, maintenance of virtual machine, etc.)
- Application monitoring and maintenance
- Provide 2nd level support for MF-SM related incidents
- Support the local Avaloq team in investigating specific records/databases in MF-SM in order to trace and evaluate ticket workflows
- User management for MF-SM (add, change, remove users; password reset, etc.)
- Candidates must be Bilingual (in German and English), or Trilingual (in German, Italian and English)
