NG IT is the largest IT Standardization program.It currently covers 7 IT initiatives (projects and programs) required for the fundamental transformation of IT and business processes in Europe and US.
Beside of technical and governance aspects, change management and high program complexity are main challenges for NG IT
Support PMO in optimization of program managment/ Quality & Risk management:
Support of projects in defining applicable best practise PM approach, using this approach to set up new programs
Setting up a quality assessment framework to perform internal audits
Support in NG IT risk management
Telecommunication +++
Overarching knowledge CRM, Billing, ERP beneficial +++
Sprachen:
Englisch fließend
Experience in Multiproject management in complex IT programs required;
longstanding practical experience in telecommunication industry, TOP management adequate communication skills/ senior management experience in PM standards and experienced MS office knowledge absolutely necessary; overarching experience in process and IT application landscape beneficial; High accurateness and persistency, able to identify functional inconsistencies
