Main tasks:
- Setting up monitoring framework & IT governance
- Driving new APM/Infra monitoring tool conception and selection
- Participate in configuring and installing the new tool
- Driving the migration
- Technically coach the run team to uplift their expertise
Main qualifications
- In-depth knowledge in the field of monitoring tools and processes/operating systems
- Very good Cloud monitoring know-how
- Very good CMDB experience
- ITIL foundation beneficial
