For our client, a big pharma group, we are looking for a Salesforce Program Manager / Deployment Lead on a freelance basis (all genders)

As a Program Manager / Deployment Lead you are responsible to lead a selected number of Salesforce implementation projects with the following main tasks:
- Provide expertise in managing Salesforce related projects (Supervision to the Project Manager)
- Managing relevant stakeholders expectations
- Prepare and run the Steering Boards
- Ensure alignment of dependencies to other projects, releases
- Drive execution of the project plans towards dedicated milestones
- Ensure Risks, Issues, Changes and Actions are documented and follow-up
Skills:
- At least 5 years` experience in Salesforce projects
- Practical experience in Salesforce Deployment
- Project/Program management experience
- Fluent English, German is a plus
