Processing, managing and negotiating IT service and license agreements with various providers and coordination with internal requesters.
Processing and controlling of contract changes in the context of new IT contracts (service & license) other outsourcing contracts, e.g. managed applications.
Review of contract documents and coordination of changes with stakeholders inside and outside the Vendor Management department. Monitoring of time limits and document control.

Main location will be Hannover, but it could be the case that a physical presence in Essen is necessary.
