Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Essen, Germany
Duration: 10 month contract with extension
Remote: Remote approx. 80% and approx. 20% on-site
Note: The client is prefers German Speaking Candidates
Deep knowledge and experience in implementation of standard ILM objects, customer defined objects and ABAP development extension
Deep concept and implementation knowledge in SAP ILM (DSGVO) for SAP HCM
Concept checks for smooth implementation
Experience in planning and transformation of operational processes for the GDPR data solution implementation needed
legal basis GDPR
SAP HCM: deep knowledge of SAP HCM data models, info types and technical data dependencies
Deep knowledge in HCM processes (SAP PA, PY, PT, ESS/MSS etc.)
