Providing subject matter expertise in the design, development and implementation of the following capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform

ITSM
ITOM
SAM
Service Portal.
Leading requirement gathering workshops and evaluating the most appropriate and effective technical solutions
Designing data model and required architecture aligned to ServiceNow best practice
Providing technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the development team
Experience identifying business objectives and developing outcome-focused roadmaps
Experience working with large Consulting/SI organizations.
Large Program Experience

Skills & Qualifications
Experience with the ServiceNow Platform (Technical Consultant, developer)
Strong consulting experience,
Expert in JavaScript, relational databases/SQL, data normalisation, object-oriented design and three-tier architecture
Extensive experience working with stakeholders at all levels
German language is a must for this role
