Beschreibung
Für einen Kunden in München suchen wir Unterstützung für das PMO (m/w).Aufgaben:
- Prepare program meetings, workshops, etc.
- Produce project management deliverables
- Organize meetings, write and publish minutes
- Manage actions +amp; follow-up all action plans
- Risks Management: Anticipate potential problems before they arrive
- Summarize reporting documents from Division Representatives (DR)
- Assist program manager in launching new initiatives, new projects and sub-projects (milestone preparation, project charter, set up of organization, etc)
- Monitor the achievements and the issues along the project/sub-projects
- Coordinate with Division Representative the preparation of PM progress reviews and Steering committees
- Coordinate with Division Representative issues management: reporting, analyze and escaladate, providing answers and solutions
- Coordinate with Division Representative Crisis / red status follow-up
- Coordinate with Division Representative Project status and progress reporting
Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
- Erfahrung im PMO
- Erfahrung im Infrastrukturumfeld
- Netzwerke
- VPM, Firewall, Proxy etc.
Nice-to-have:
- Cisco
Sprachen:
- Deutsch, Englisch
