Level of Expert: junior/advanced
Job Description:
- As SW-Engineer Smartphone Solutions you will design, implement and maintain Linux and Android middleware components according to the interface specifications by Apple, Google and others
-Additionally you will execute performance measurements and optimization in an embedded system Environment
-The goal of the Smartphone-Connectivity-Team you will join is to provide the components of our smartphone solutions to different project teams at our customers
Qualifications:
- Experience in the programming languages C and C++
- You think in object-oriented programming, modular design and UML
- Candidates with experience
- in software development with (embedded) Linux or Android (automotive)
- in the area of Apple CarPlay or Google Android Auto or similar technologies
- with build and revision control systems for embedded Linux and Android
are preferred
- You feel at home working in a Linux/Unix environment and you have experience with Build and Revision-Control-Systems
- Experience with performance measurements and analysis in an embedded system environment is an valuable addition
- Good to excellent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar qualification
- Self-contained and target-oriented working-style, high ability to work in global development teams
