- On behalf of our client, a large IT System House, we are seeking an experienced Java Engineer to further develop a Web Content Management System for a health Insurance company.
Java Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Duration: 6 MM++
Main tasks:
- Design, development and implementation of CMS and microservices based web solutions
- Help develop high-quality software designs and architecture
- Review requirements with Business Analysts and customer stakeholders
- Troubleshooting specific CMS issues on customer systems
- Working as an active team member in agile projects
Main qualifications
- Experienced developer of complex web solutions with Java
- Experience with Content Management systems, ideally the Adobe Web Content Management System, Adobe Experienced Manager (AEM)
- In-depth knowledge of software design patterns
- Experience in code quality assurance with GIT flow, code review and unit tests
- Strong knowledge of Gradle or Maven and Webservices (REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot is a plus
- Knowledge of basic web frontend development (JavaScript / CSS) is a plus
- Fluency in German and English languages
- Some additional experience in one of the following would be ideal: Camunda work flow processes, Service portals or Aktuarmed (or similar insurance risk assessment applications)
