Beschreibung
Task:- Closely liaise with project managers and help projects to be compliant to the project solution delivery policies in regards to quality and project management requirements
- Perform gap analysis of processes wrt process compliance for CMMI
- Facilitate project teams in process integration & implementation beginning from project initiation to project closure
- Identify areas for improvement, assist / implement improvement recommendations, and promote quality awareness.
- Prepare work products and documents for projects
- Perform project documents reviews to adhere to defined processes and help to implement processes through tailoring
- Handle Project Review Board (PRB) preparation and participate, coordinate and facilitate PRB reviews
- Project planning, estimation & tracking ? assist project managers
- Management reporting - project status reports, dashboards and tracking
- Work closely with different teams that are spread across departments/regions
Requirements (Must have):
- Master / Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifying experience
- 5+ years experience in the IT industry working in the areas of Quality Management and/ or Project Management
- Very good knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes
- Capable of defining quality metrics & standard, conducting quality assurance, and performing quality control
- PMO skills - ability to multi-task, balancing daily activities with project related activities
- Very good understanding of various SDLC models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English as well as German languages
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, and deliver results within tight schedules
