For a customer in Eschborn we are currently looking for a

Performance SME (m/f/d) SQL Server DBA

Skills required
Performance SME must drive Performance Task Force Stream,  should possess strong DBA Knowledge with Performance Tuning strong experience.
- SQL Server DBA  – Strong experience in performance tuning (database settings / change recommendations).  Associate will be involved in the Performance Tuning including  database / Queries tuning, Partition,  review database health check, as well as associate should manage troubleshooting of any performance issues related to application / database.
- Strong experience with SQL Tuning
- Experience with SQL SERVER and VB.Net
- Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think “out of the box” required.
- Lead Task Force Team,
- Must have good reporting skills and interaction with senior management on project design and development scope.
- Associate has to drive Performance Task force stream independently and coordinate with L2, L3, CtB and DB Stake holders.
