Job Details:
• Fluent English and German Language skills
• Over 5 years hands on experience in SAP HR/HCM and Payroll.
• German payroll understanding is a must
• Subject matter expertise on all HR/PY processes.
• Experience in SAP ERP 6.0/Netweaver 7.5 version
• Configuration of the SAP Payroll software to meet the business requirements.
• Gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes.
• Understands client requirements, needs, and functionality of HR/PY.
• Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate.
• Provides ongoing functional system support.
• Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.
