Beschreibung

Role: ServiceNow Process Consultant
Location: Ludwigshafen
Type of Hiring: Freelance Contract
Duration: 6 months initially
Start: immediate
Language Requirement: Fluent German and English are mandatory

Job Details:

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITIL processes and solutions, with a deep process/functional and technical understanding of the CMDB
• 3+ years operating and/or implementing monitoring and event management solutions
• 5+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from ‘To-Be’ processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
• Apply CMDB / Release / Change Management best-practices and methodologies in the development and implementation of a Server Lifecycle Management program
• Provide ITIL-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) knowledge and expertise to customers and stakeholders.
• Provide specific ITSM process (such as Change Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management) support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings.
• Serve as integral part of organization as a thought leader in applying CMDB and Change Management principles to streamline business processes and optimize operational efficiencies and ensure services are performed within established service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Lead workshops with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to understand the dependency and hierarchy of processes and data requirements
• Design and implement governance best-practices to maintain the accuracy of the data over time

Key Skills Required:

• 8 - 10+ years’ experience using IT Service Management methodologies including ITIL®, business process re-engineering, and/or quality management initiatives
• Expertise in CMDB, Release, and Change Management processes applied in an operational environment
• Experience working with/leading process reformation teams
• Desire to develop complex strategies to overcome cultural resistance to process-driven change
• Experience coordinating efforts through complex, diverse organizations
• Experience facilitating quality improvement efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceNow
