Location: Munich, Germany
Job Description:
- Good knowledge of Teamcenter Enterprises and hands-on experience. Experience in exclusively from Siemens Teamcenter Development & Support.
- Qualified in technical 3rd level support for Teamcenter Enterprises on Site.
- Due to the security requirements, the employees must be of German nationality.
- Project term is at least 2 years and is expected to start in Q4 2020.
- ITIL framework for support services for L2 and L3 technical support for Teamcenter Enterprise.
- Service requests must be processed with a lower priority, whereby incidents have priority order (incidents P1/2/3/4, followed by service requests).
- Application maintenance log, backup and batch planning in coordination with Customer teams.
- Monitor the incidents and requests for our customer.
- Tickets for the commercial/technical service and assignment of the right team for the solution - Analysis of the configuration for the requirements - Determination of the required measures - Coordination of the different teams - Business, database, server/storage, network, testing configuration changes
- German Communication written and verbal is a must.
