Optimus Search have partnered with an innovative technology consultancy based in Hamburg. They're looking to bring on a DevOps Engineer for a 12 month contract to help drive a number of on-going projects forward. Within this role you will become an integral member of their infrastructure team, ideally holding extensive experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Docker containerisation.Experience within infrastructure automation is also a key part of this role, especially using Kubernetes and containerisation, the candidate will be passionate about continual improvement, innovation, automation and driving efficiency in everything they do. This project requires someone to start ASAP offering an hourly rate of 110EU per hour.
Requirements -
- Fluent German Speakers
- Experience in a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering or related infrastructure role
- Experience in supporting web-based customer facing infrastructure and applications
- Good understanding and knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, container automation experience, deploying multiple Kubernetes clusters
- Experienced managing environments in Azure & or AWS
- Hands on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, GitLab
- Hands on experience with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Bash
- Proven track record of deploying/running/troubleshooting Docker containers in a production environment
- Knowledge of Linux based platforms
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools
- Working with and understand Agile and Lean methodologies
