For our client we are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f).Tasks:
- running the day-to-day business (e.g. annual planning process, client reporting, etc.)
- focus on improving various business processes and ensure completeness and accuracy of the output from the supporting systems
- Responsible for day to day support activities related to vendor spend and resource management including data gathering and consolidation
- ensure that the established policies and processes are integrated into the overall governance strategy
- Interface with Finance and information systems team to ensure data
integrity is delivered and maintained
- Establish key performance indicators and create management reporting
to monitor data quality and accuracy
- Work with information systems team in support of new applications releases
- Perform unit testing and documentation of test results
Skills:
- 4-5 years of working experience in accounting, business administration
- Solid background in organizational design, modeling, or operational transformation improvement
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software and ability to learn about new software.
- experience in relational Database Management Systems
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- English + German
