Component Verification Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Post Silicon Verification of different power devices for Automotive applicatios (e.g. high voltage driver chip)
- Develop lab setup for verificatio of test cases
- Use electronic lab equipment to verify product requiements (manually and automated through Matlab)
- Perform reporting of measurement results
Main qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering and profound experience within the semiconductor industry
- Deep know-how in semiconductor component verification
- Expert capabilities in lab verification and use of lab equipment
- Very good programming skills in Matlab, Perl, Python or C (Matlab preferred)
- Good knowledge of mixed-signal circuits, measurement technology and semiconductor development processes
- Beneficial: expertise in embedded application development, PCB design, simulation, debugging and firmware development
