Tasks
As part of a Scrum team you are responsible for adequately tested work products
You work as a contributor, mentor and coach
You contribute to effective system tests by defining test approaches and test cases
You coach the team based on your broad test experience (e.g. TDD, BDD, ATDD)
You are responsible for effective, efficient, stable, expressive, and maintainable tests developed in the Scrum team
You ensure compliance with established test-related processes and conventions
You drive continuous improvement of test-related topics
Basic qualifications
University degree in the field of computer science, or related disciplines
At least 5 years of professional experience as software Tester in large scale, agile projects
Good knowledge in OO-concepts and Java / Xtext
Be able to work in teams with minimum supervision excels you
You are a fast learner and a team player with good communication skills
German language skills are desired but not a must
