Senior Business Functional Analyst (m/f/d)

Scope of work
- support the analysis phase as a business analyst

Skills required
- Knowledge and experience about Collection& Recovery Workout processes
- Long year experience in writing specifications and requirement documents
- Deep knowledge and experience of collection processes, esp. the steps behind (past due) reminder letters
- Deep knowledge and experience of recovery processes
- Ideally experience with the vendor applications Beitreibungsmanager (from ABIT)
