Ihre Aufgaben:
- Implementation and co-ordination of hardware, software and network components and communications installations
- Coordinating the activities of suppliers, consultants and support staff
- Installation and maintenance of PC's, peripherals, servers, networks and communication installations
- Follow-up on hardware, software, network and commmunications problems and invocation of the corrective actions and escalation procedures.
- Testing and implementation of new software products and releases.
- Monitorning the availability of hardware, software and networks. Maintaining an inventory of hardware, software and networks
- Creation of standardized installation and configuration structures (directory structures, menu systems, user interfaces, backup and recovery procedures)
- Advising the users on workplace ergonomics and procurement
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists
Ihre Qualifikation
- Deep Knowledge MS XP and Win 7. Office 2003 and 2007
- Rollout and Migration project experienced
- ITIL Fundamentals
- Process orientated working
- Language English and German
- Team player, Highly motivated, Stress resistant with a driving license
