Project Description:
There are currently several Workplace service to be migrated from legacy systems into Service Now in terms of Service Request Management functionality. Additionally further functions for existing services have to be extended and maintained and proper ordering and charging of all services has to be ensured. To support the SNOW Business Analysts and Developers additional Business Analysts should be setup within the Workplace Services business units. Those Business Analysts will be fully included in the product squads and act as single interface to the Service NOW team. Within the product squad they will be reponsible to advise on the SNOW functionality and drive the alignment with SNOW development teams.
Role Description
ServiceNow Business Analyst - the Service now business Analyst will represent the interface between the businessservice (Work Place Services) and the Service Now TEAM. The analyst should have know how about IT services. The analyst should have know how about Service Now programming.
