We are currently looking for a Business Process Management Developer for our international Pharma Client.Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months (extension possible)
Location: Greater area of Dusseldorf (currently 100% remote)
Language: English (business fluent)/ French is a nice-to-have
Volume: Fulltime
Background:
The Business Process Management (BPM) Developer will work as member of the global BPM IT CoE team in projects for Business Process Modeling and Automation. For this, stakeholder requirements need to be translated into a business process model (BPM System), the business logic need to be defined and validated for deployment on our BPM Workflow Automation (BPA) platform. In the automation platform additional elements like Smart forms, dashboards, reports and data interfaces need to be programmed, configured and documented.
Tasks:
* Assessment of stakeholder requirements for Business Process Modeling/ Automation
* Configuration, documentation and validation of automation business logic
* Deployment of Business Process on workflow automation platform (BPA)
* Design, documentation and programming of workflow Smart Forms (HTML, Java Script)
* Configuration of workflow performance KPI dashboards
* Creation of data interfaces (ETL/ REST API/ HTTPS Action handler/ database - Oracle/ SQL)
* Report programming based on stakeholder requirements
Required professional skills:
* Knowledge/ experience in IT Project Management with global interdisciplinary teams
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Fluency in English (written and spoken), French is an advantage
* Well trained and experienced in following IT topics
o Form/ Dashboard/ Report programming (JavaScript, HTML, SQL)
o ETL/ REST API/ Database interface programming
o BPMN 2.0, Lean Belt Six Sigma competences is an advantage
o Business Process Management/ Analysis/ Modelling
o Robotic Process Automation (e.g. Automation Anywhere, BluePrism) is an advantage
* Knowledge/ experience in Pharma industry is an advantage
* Experience with agile programming methodology could be helpful
