- Processing of tickets and solving user problems
- Documentation of problem solving
This you should bring along
- Good knowledge in Salesforce, Powercloud and other cloud- or CRM-solutions
- Multiple years of experience in first or second level support
- Basic knowledge of GDPR subject matter rights
- Fluent in German and English
