- Attend a group-wide Service Transition to a new Service Provider
- Monitor the existing Service Levels and ITIL and SIAM processes and performance
- Process review: can be depicted or must they be adapted with the new service provider
- Help the Project Portfolio Manager monitor the performance of the suppliers and the inclusion and definition of new processes
- Accompany and coordinate BID processes (tendering processes), take over local service Management
- Exchange supplier inquiries about the processes with the department and mirror them back to the BID management team
Job specification
- Work experience in an IT Service Management organization within an enterprise scale, multi-site environment,
- ITIL Foundation in Service Management and SIAM Know how
- Experience in the area of IT service transition
- Potential to operate in a change driven organization
- Requirement to travel / visit business units
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
