Business Functional Analyst (m/f/d)
Scope of work
- Coordinate for Private Bank the data demand from group Risk, Finance, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting in close collaboration with the group demand management team
- Develop and maintain roadmap for the Private Bank data delivery through the group wide data hub in close collaboration with the group demand management team and aligning with all relevant Private Bank units and stakeholders
- Project management for the assigned tasks including KPI reporting on divisional and group level as well as input for the alignment with the regulatory bodies
- Provide feedback to the group data functions e.g. regarding DMMM, data taxonomies, Data Sourcing Framework, harmonized data models and drive optimization
- Support the Data Maturity Model rollout for specific data classes and use cases with focus on driving the definition of data elements (incl. involving relevant stakeholders), align modelling with responsible modelers on group level – targets are group level aligned data definitions and data models as basis for the centralized data provisioning
- Closely collaborate with other Private Bank functions make the benefits from sound data management transparent and to support the introduction of modern technologies
Skills required
Tools/Frameworks:? Collibra, Waltz, Adonis
- Deep understanding of the requirements resulting from BCBS 239 and market best practice of their business specific interpretation covering all areas of data management
- In depth understanding of data architecture and the challenges of harmonized data provisioning including market practice to successfully address them
- Comprehensive understand of banking processes and their dependencies including different business lines
- Hands-on experience in successfully driving data focussed implementations in retail bank(s)
- Extensive hands-on experience in driving and managing data programs and reporting to senior management
- Fluent English
