Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Mainframe & Security

Scope of work
Shareholder Rights Directive: as of September 2020, financial services providers are required to provide their clients with HV (general meeting) and capital events information in a short time manner, eg. via eSafe. Request to disclose information regarding shareholder identity have to be processed within the same short time manner. The response to the disclosure requests will be standardized. The project covers the requirements analysis of all involved systems in 2019.

- Mainfame CICS-Online GVO: specification and development
- Securities-Processing: especially in the area of general meetings or regulatory reportings
