Project duration: 6 Months +
Location: Munich
description:
- Requirements analysis and consulting in the CRM arena
- Accompanying CRM projects from requirements gathering though design, implementation and test.
- Data modelling and proceess creation
- Requirements documentation (use cases)
- Working with internal and off-shore experts
Know-How:
- Several years experience in business analysis in global CRM projects (ideally Siebel implementations)
- Good knowledge of business analysis methodology and data modelling (e.g. UML)
- Professional consulting expertise
Language Knowledge:
- Written and spoken English and German is required
