Main tasks:
- Data analysis of working time data and independent implementation in HR systems
- Independent and professional creation of documents and migration tables in preparation of system migrations
- Designing new processes for data management of time-accounts
- Independent and professional coordination and continuous consulting regarding the alignment between actual/future HR business processes and future HR services
Main qualifications
- Very good knowledge in SAP HCM and Workforce
- Experiences with migration projects and interfaces
- English and German language skills
