Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide support to investigative research sites: set-up, training, protocol questions, data management and patient safety issues
- Schedule and support the conduct of remote assessments
- Review and route study data
- Interface with sponsor representatives
- Interact with internal work groups
- Review progress of projects and initiate appropriate actions
- Update, track and maintain study-specific trial management tools/systems
- Knowledge of IRB regulations and submissions
- Set-up and maintain study files
- Prepare correspondence, including e-mail, faxes, courier shipping
- Print materials and prepare binders for internal and external project needs
- Answer and screen telephone calls and arrange conference calls
- Greet visitors and escort to appropriate area or person
- Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservation
- Coordinate and arrange meetings
Ihre Qualifikation
- University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g. nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology) or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience to perform the job
- Experience in working with psychiatric (e.g. depressions, anxiety) indications is preferred
- Basic understanding of GCP
- Fluency in German and English
