Job Description:Deep knowledge within the following SAP sub modules (EHP 4): Compensation and Benefits (ECM), Performance Management (PM), Succession Planning, Good knowledge within the initial configuration and extension of the mentioned sub modules.Very good knowledge within the SAP HR/HCM environment. Good programming knowledge within ABAP, ABAP Objects,WebDynpro ABAP.Enhancement of SAP standard software (BADI, Enhancement Spots). Good German and English
