Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in NRW we are searching for a Consultant (m/f) for the project Service Platform Management Quality Center. The tasks are: management of platform Quality Center, negotiate maintenance contracts, define transfer pricing and budget structure, manage cost and quality. We are looking for a professional with the following expertise: project management skills, service management skills, contractual / budgetary design, Experiences in Remedy, Clarify, ITIL.
