Ihre Aufgaben:
- Project Management leader on programs with different complexity starting with the proposal phase, running through the whole development process chain until product launch
- Responsible for the targeted goals in terms of Program Financials, Program Timing, Product Quality and as result Customer satisfaction
- Overall contact for the Car Manufacturer (OEM) in the view of costs, timing, project performance and project quality
- Owner of the Program Business Plan including the Financial Roadmap
- Owner of the product change management process
- Owner of the overall program timing including general timeline and detail activity timing
- Leading an international team, SDT (Simultaneous Development Team), within a Matrix Organization
- Managing the Program Deliverables within the SDT
- Managing and control the Program Scope (SOW) throughout the program
Ihre Qualifikation
- Engineering/Technical Degree or equivalent, advanced degree in business desired
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated successful experience in Project Management of programs from product development to launch, including a detail management experience of launch issues on at least one program
- Profund experience in the metals manufacturing industry in one or more of the following areas: Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance
