Head of Data Science - Frankfurt - Immediate Start

Client:

My client is one of the fastest growing companies in Frankfurt and has begun to spread out across Europe. The office is located centrally in Frankfurt with cafes and shops, also having desirable transport links a short walk from the office. My client is looking for a Head of Data Science to join and lead the team in Frankfurt ASAP.

Job Description:

• You will have the autonomy to shape the technological path of the company.
• Applying your initiative to handle good quality real-time data.
• Overseeing the work of the team, offering coaching for the junior members in the team.
• You will be working with Big Data, Cloud and Apache Hadoop.

Requirements:

• 100% onsite, remote for the interim.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior data scientist, data analyst or software developer.
• Knowledge of Big Data, Cloud and Apache Hadoop.
• PhD candidates preferred.
• Fluent German and English.
