Must have good knowledge in VGL (95% of customizations) and C# (5% of customizations)
Must be able to monitor the Log files and monitoring tools and troubleshoot proactively
Must be able to communicate with the end user affectively
Must be able to understand the Business processes and the Sample Manager Lifecycle
Must be able to troubleshoot with high accuracy and deliver a sound solution or a workaround
Must have knowledge in Integration Manager or Other Instrument Interfaces
Good to have knowledge in Sample Manager Upgrade and Migration of Database
Good to have knowledge in Sample Manager Standard functionalities like, workflows, LIMSML, Form designer, Label designer and Report designer
