Reisezeiten: 80 Stunden
Sprachanforderung: Englisch, Deutsch
Aufgabe:
• Active promotion of a transition project within the framework of the IT infrastructure
• Work with transition managers (both client and supplier) to ensure transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
• Planning, implementation, control and monitoring of the transition, as well as definition of key performance indicators to measure success
• Ensuring that defined milestones are met, results achieved and tasks completed, as well as support in preparing steering committees and escalations
• Coordination of the project team (internal, external, old and new service provider)
• Close cooperation with the project management and support with know-how from transition and other IT projects
• Transfer of the global Services Desk to Business as usual operation, taking into account harmonization initiatives

Fach-Skills:
• Several years of professional experience with focus on IT infrastructure, especially in the area of service transition and service operation (service desk, managed workplace, network, client/server, computer center infrastructures etc.)
• Ideally experience as project manager for the introduction/transition and management of IT processes
• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable field of study
• ITIL and project management experience (PMI, GPM, Prince2, ITIL certification)
• Business fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Taking responsibility, professional stakeholder management
