Job Description:
Client is currently seeking a strong PLM Windchill Technical Architect/Solution Architect who enjoys interacting with both customers and peers to join our Product life cycle Management (PLM) Team.
PLM - PDM Windchill Technical Architect/Solution Architect will be involved in below activities:
Evaluating and estimating requirements
Solution discussions with customer and team
Guiding the developers
Code reviews and testing
Server and Client-site customization's (mainly Java, some JavaScript, JSP)
Knowledge Windchill 11.1 M020
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to provide support to customer along with strong technical knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Good understanding of the PLM tool and its architecture from Windchill customization, change management, CAD management, BOM management and Business administration.
Has hands on exposure for Windchill custom development
Have done Architect work and worked as an Architect or senior architect in PLM implementation and customization
Define respective PLM tasks and co-ordinate 2-3 developers, which will deliver these tasks
Developing relationships with the clients and supporting them for architecture design and building roadmap for development
Meeting with and utilizing teammates' expertise to maximize project efficiency
Documenting methods and lessons learned
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good experience in PLM Windchill
Some travel may be required
Professional experience in PTC Windchill development and customization, dashboard, workflow etc..
